building advice and design

Studiohelder is an office specialized in building advice, building design and construction supervision in France, Dordogne. The agency was founded in 2008 with the aim of the Dutch and English to accompany them in a foreign market.

construction supervision

The service includes design of building plans, construction and renovation, the submission of a planning, supervising and monitoring the construction process and planning. Studiohelder has a network of French construction companies built several projects which have been implemented. The construction process can proceed without the owner present have to be. Studiohelder is currently the representative and trustee of the owner. The communication takes place remotely, thanks to the internet, for instance. See the communications section.

insurance

In France it is compulsory to be insured as a designer. Based on my diplomas in the Netherlands, I obteined the 'architect' insurance. My degrees: MTS, HTS and TU-Delft (bachelor) all 3 in the direction of engineering architecture.

training

For the latest construction developments aware I follow the ongoing training in areas of construction technology. Currently I follow the CFAA * ¹) in Bordeaux a module Architecture bois, atout du développement durable".
